The Director of FP&A plays a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company. This position leads the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis processes to provide leadership with the insights needed to drive strategic decision-making. As a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, the Director of FP&A will bring clarity to complex data, develop business cases for growth opportunities, and build a forward-looking financial framework that supports the company’s goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information in a clear and actionable way to both finance and non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and assess risks. Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and scenario analysis. Translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations for leadership and department heads. Provide monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, including variance and trend analysis. Build and oversee reporting packages for the Board of Directors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency between actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Implement and enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and data reliability. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing FP&A function.

Qualifications General Qualifications, not an exhaustive list: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in building and leading FP&A teams and processes in a growth-oriented environment. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to executives and non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems, and Excel (advanced level). Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. High level of proficiency in financial software and tools. Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors toward guests and associates. Must meet residency requirements that allow working in the United States. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. *Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
