We are looking for an experienced financial professional to join our leadership team. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities: Creation of Budgets Overseeing all firm banking and financial accounts Supervising the firm’s accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing, and general bookkeeping processes Coordination with the firm’s CPA for tax planning Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing firm data and making strategic recommendations to firm partners Calculating and monitoring average case values, monitoring changes and trends in the same, and making strategic recommendations based upon changes Calculating and monitoring the legal production team and practice area Maximize ROI and make strategic recommendations based on the same Creating profitable compensation plans Financial projections, modeling, and cash flow management Auditing accounts Analysis of financial records and reports Creating and making recommendations for short-term and long-term financial strategies for the firm's partners Maintaining operations within the desired profit margin Oversee and supervise all financial processes and systems within the firm Supervise administrative staff Implementing financial strategic plans and initiatives Qualifications: Supervisor and management experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 8 Years of related experience Demonstrated mastery of accounting principles, internal financial controls, and financial analysis Strong analytical and communication skills QuickBooks knowledge and experience A high level of proficiency with advanced formulas and functions of Excel CPA preferred but not required Experience in the legal industry or the professional services industry is preferred but not required About Company Klie Law Offices, PLLC, is a growing litigation firm dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times with honest and efficient service.
