This role offers a unique opportunity to directly support executive leadership in driving business performance and making high-impact strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
As Director of Financial & Operational Analysis, you’ll play a vital role in analyzing financial and operational performance across multiple business units. Your insights will directly inform major strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, capital investments, and new product development. You’ll also drive forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring efforts while advising on market trends and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct deep financial analysis to support strategic decisions including acquisitions, product launches, and capital expenditures.
Analyze KPIs, trends, and operational metrics to identify areas for performance improvement.
Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Integrate financial systems and reporting during acquisitions and other organizational changes.
Monitor commodity prices, supply chain impacts, and macroeconomic indicators relevant to business strategy.
Prepare detailed reports and executive-level presentations on business performance and forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA strongly preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in financial analysis, preferably within a multi-entity or global corporation. Manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience are a strong plus.
Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus); experience with data queries and reporting tools.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial strategy, cost drivers, and performance metrics. Ability to connect data with business impact.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Must be comfortable communicating with executive leadership.
Leadership Style: Analytical, proactive, and strategic with strong influencing skills. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
