We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed healthcare platform that acquires and operates leading women’s health practices. With ~$50M in current revenue across 13 locations and aggressive acquisition plans, this is a rare opportunity to get in early and help build the finance function from the ground up .
This newly created Director of Finance role reports directly to an exceptional CFO (Big 4 background, collaborative leader, and highly respected in the space) and will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, pro forma development, and supporting M&A. You’ll work cross-functionally with business development and operations — and help shape the financial structure and strategy of a company on the rise.
What You’ll Do: Lead financial analysis and reporting for leadership and acquired practices Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support M&A pro forma development and performance tracking Collaborate on growth initiatives with practice leaders Help implement NetSuite and build financial reporting infrastructure Assist in creating policies, procedures, and templates from scratch
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of FP&A experience in the healthcare industry (required) PE-backed and/or multi-site healthcare experience (highly preferred) Strong Excel & modeling skills; Power BI is a plus Experience with physician compensation structures is a major plus Someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure, and communicates clearly
