Expected starting base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development of annual budgets and recurring financial forecasts. Deliver insights through variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and trends. Build financial models to support strategic and operational planning. Enhance reporting capabilities with KPIs, data integration, and dashboard visualizations. Conduct ad-hoc financial evaluations to uncover performance opportunities.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Maintain an active CPA certification; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally in construction or a related industry. Demonstrate success in a Director of Finance or equivalent leadership role. Possess strong SAP experience with a focus on data analytics for decision-making.
Qualifications
Support month-end close processes and executive-level financial reviews. Partner with transformation teams to optimize reporting systems and workflows. Provide strategic leadership on compliance, risk management, and audit oversight. Define performance targets and supervise finance, payroll, and accounting staff. Foster innovation and professional development within the finance function.
