What You’ll Do · Lead financial operations across multiple plants in a scaled manufacturing environment · Own standard cost modeling, labor/overhead variance, and SKU-level profitability · Analyze COGS, yield, waste, and contribution margin across customers and products · Partner closely with plant teams and corporate leaders on forecasting, budgeting, and working capital · Deliver insight into throughput, sourcing strategies, and capital allocation · Help elevate financial maturity across sites with best-practice implementation
What You Bring · Proven experience leading finance in a multi-site manufacturing environment · Deep fluency in COGS, pricing strategy, margin analysis, and plant KPIs · Strong grasp of operational metrics — volume, efficiency, waste, and sourcing impacts · Confident in ambiguity, capable of toggling between plant-level detail and strategic leadership · A hands-on, cross-functional mindset — you’ll work alongside ops, not behind a screen
