What We’re Looking For Someone who has had experience in a home service business scaling from $10M - $100M. CROSSFUNCTIONAL -- Can manage the finances, dive into analytics, and lead vision for operations Incredible aptitude – catches on quickly, thrives in a high pace environment. 5-7+ years of experience in finance, operations, or strategy roles Strong background in FP&A and financial modeling Negotiation skills for leases, vendor contracts, and agreements. Proven ability to scale processes and lead teams through rapid growth. High attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
