At Glide, were building one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the country. Weve doubled every year, are looking to close in on $10M ARR by EOY, and plan to double each of at least the next 4 years as we chase the 9-figure mark.
What Were Looking For
This is a cross-functional and high impact role. This role reports directly to the CEO, and has true ownership over the finances and operations of the business.
Operations
Someone who has had experience in a home service business scaling from $10M - $100M.
Incredible aptitude catches on quickly, thrives in a high pace environment.
Experience operating and scaling teams while promoting an incredible culture, especially while in hyper-growth mode
Ability to diagnose operational performance, determine the KPIs that most influence growth and efficiency, and design robust reporting frameworks to monitor and drive results.
Someone who is obsessed with continuous improvement uses feedback loops and data to refine systems over time.
Strong grasp of financial drivers able to forecast capacity, manage budgets, and ensure margins improve as we scale.
Strong analytical abilities that can be used to solve problems and identify opportunities in complex operational data whether in scheduling, routing, retention, etc.
Experience leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and unlock new levels of operational efficiency.
Ability to design killer onboarding and training systems turning new hires into high-performers fast while keeping the culture tight and consistent everywhere we grow.
Builds high-performing teams through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability rhythms.
Can help shape the next evolution of Glides growth from systems to structure to people always looking three steps ahead.
Finance
Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple departments or regions
Deep understanding of cash-flow management, capital allocation, and working-capital optimization
Strong modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets, financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis) especially for multi-entity operations
Comfort with capital structuring understanding of debt, equity, LOCs, investor relations, and amortization schedules
Ability to build and interpret dashboards and KPIs, particularly around margins, unit economics, and retention
Proven ability to prepare the company for investment from financial modeling to investor decks and due diligence readiness.
Demonstrated ability to lead a company through an exit or acquisition process maximizing value while maintaining operational excellence
Things that are a Plus
Background in subscription-based home service company with field technicians. Especially pest control.
Management experience over a call center
Experience in HR
Negotiation skills for leases, vendors, and contract agreements
Experience in Accounting
