The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing outbound transportation operations while ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-efficiency across the supply chain. You will leverage your expertise in logistics leadership, transportation planning, compliance, vendor management, and operational excellence to oversee outbound freight execution and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries to store and depot locations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Distribution Centers, Delivery Operations, Safety, and external logistics partners-to drive performance, develop strategic initiatives, and support the growth of our transportation network. This position is primarily home-based with regular virtual meetings and 20-30% travel to distribution centers, depots, and field locations.
