Responsible for all field operations, directing team of Superintendents/Foremen/laborers, maintaining schedules/safety, coordination, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, and budget Projects include large luxury/high-end custom homes Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Director of Field Operations, General Superintendent, or Sr. Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects Commercial project experience is a plus Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication and client relation skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
