Role Description
RFC is looking for a US-based candidate interested in non-profit service. The Coordinator for Faith-based Engagement will plan, manage, and implement effective strategies to advance the engagement and participation of faith-based groups and organizations in the work of Relief for Children. This position will be a critical leader of the RFC team, complementing the work of partnership and child sponsorship teams to ensure the visibility and participation of key stakeholders in the work of Relief for Children.
MISSIONS/OUTREACH
Develop and maintain a database of key faith-based institutions, companies and organizations whose missions align with that of Relief for Children.
Facilitate outreach engagements with faith-based organizations to solicit their support to advance the mandate of Relief for Children.
Lead the team in developing a clear long-term strategy for global outreach
Facilitate regular communications with faith-based organizations, companies and groups to raise awareness and missions’ involvement
Coordinate and lead the mission’s emphasis, such as participating in national and international mission conferences, events to connect, network, and exchange knowledge
Coordinate and plan bi-annual mission trips to Ghana and implementing regions/countries
Coordinate and explore speaking roles/opportunities in faith-based eventsto create awareness on RFC projects and activities
Facilitate engagement with faith-based organizations to solicit project-based specific sponsorship commitments

Aware of popular culture as well as the trends and movements that impact brand, marketing, and communications.
