Key Responsibilities: Oversee all facilities and property management operations across retail, office, and warehouse sites Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement plans Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and annual pricing reviews Monitor and manage departmental and vehicle budgets, operating costs, and capital expenditures Support long-term strategic facility planning, including master plans and 10-year projections Analyze data to shape company-wide space and maintenance strategies using a balanced scorecard Assess and explore external property maintenance business opportunities Ensure standard operating procedures are current and compliant with organizational needs Foster a culture of continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration Maintain safety standards and operational excellence at all sites Leadership & Supervision:

This position has supervisory responsibilities over the Property Services team.
