The Municipality of Upper Moreland Township, located in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Director of Information Technology and Facilities . This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in both technological infrastructure and public facilities management. We're looking for a leader with proven experience managing digital transformation and physical infrastructure-especially someone fluent in Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee strategic planning, development, and execution of IT initiatives aligned with municipal objectives, including systems and cloud services. Direct the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring secure and seamless collaboration. Manage the maintenance, operations, and capital improvement plans for all municipal buildings and facilities. Direct cybersecurity strategy and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Collaborate with department heads and external partners to ensure efficient and secure delivery of services. Manage vendor relationships, technology procurement, facilities contracts, and budget oversight. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree desirable. At least 5-7 years in a leadership position overseeing both IT systems and facilities, preferably in a public-sector environment. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 administration or Azure , including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Endpoint Management. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Strong skills in cross-functional leadership, project management, and innovation in digital service delivery. Strong interpersonal, strategic planning, and communication skills.
