Job Summary:
The Director of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the maintenance team across all Beck Auto Group dealerships and Beck Sloan properties. This role ensures all buildings and systems are operating efficiently and safely through routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and ongoing facility improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and a strong background in facilities or building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate and implement preventative maintenance programs across multiple dealership locations and business properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance-related issues and emergencies.
• Prioritize and oversee light building repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to plan and execute facility upgrades or repairs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contracts for external services when required.
• Track and manage maintenance budgets, work orders, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal company policies.
• Perform site inspections and generate reports on facility conditions and needs.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
