We’re seeking a bold, strategic, and people-first Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of high-performing sellers. This role is ideal for a builder, someone who thrives on recruiting top talent, instilling a culture of winning, and driving enterprise pipeline from creation to close. You’ll be responsible for executing a high-impact turnaround plan focused on leadership, process, and performance.

As Director of Enterprise Sales, you will: Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier enterprise sellers Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and execution Drive pipeline creation across outbound, inbound, and partner channels Lead with data—forecast accurately, manage KPIs, and optimize performance Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, tools, and enablement Champion change and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Build Foundation for Scalable Growth You will be responsible for building and reinforcing the foundation for long-term success: Right Leaders – Hire and develop frontline leaders who model excellence Right People – Recruit and retain sellers who can generate and close enterprise business Right Processes – Implement scalable, repeatable sales motions
