We’re seeking a bold, strategic, and people-first Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of high-performing sellers. This role is ideal for a builder, someone who thrives on recruiting top talent, instilling a culture of winning, and driving enterprise pipeline from creation to close. You’ll be responsible for executing a high-impact turnaround plan focused on leadership, process, and performance.
As Director of Enterprise Sales, you will:
Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier enterprise sellers
Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and execution
Drive pipeline creation across outbound, inbound, and partner channels
Lead with data—forecast accurately, manage KPIs, and optimize performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, tools, and enablement

Requirements
10+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4+ years in outbound sales and 5+ years in SaaS
Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
Experience leading turnaround or high-growth sales environments
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field
