Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Engineering position include :
Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant Engineering field 5+ years in an engineering leadership role, preferably in ECU / HVAC or Additive Manufacturing Manage and oversee all aspects of the engineering department, including hiring and scheduling Implement engineering best practices, goals, and innovative technologies to drive department success Lead the development, coordination, and execution of strategic engineering projects Provide technical mentorship and performance evaluations for engineering staff Coordinate closely with upper management to ensure project alignment and budget compliance Ensure engineering products and processes meet the strict demands of military-grade applications Experience with military contracts and defense-sector engineering standards highly preferred Salary : $160,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus for total compensation between $180,000 - $200,000.
