Anticipate and meet client needs proactively—even before they’re articulated. Establish and model team culture from day one; your early influence will shape performance and cohesion. Build scalable systems and processes to elevate workflow quality and team productivity. Manage international coordination—with an engineering team in China—ensuring seamless collaboration and quality standards across regions. What We're Looking For 5–15 years of engineering experience—at least 3 years in solar (recognized here as equivalent to 8+ years in traditional engineering due to industry pace). A proven track record of building or leading engineering teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Strong technical skills in solar design, paired with exceptional project management and customer-facing experience. Strategic mindset: able to work on the business, not just in it—optimizing systems, driving sustainability, and scaling success. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and elevate team performance from day one. Prior experience managing or coordinating with international teams is a strong plus.
