What You Bring Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 8+ years of geotechnical or structural engineering experience Proven record leading technical teams and developing talent Strong understanding of soil mechanics, deep foundations, and building systems Proficiency in AutoCAD , Inventor , and experience with steel and concrete design Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada
