POSITION SNAPSHOT: Our client is recruiting a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of their engineering division. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably within defense, HVAC/ECU systems, or advanced manufacturing, and thrives in high-stakes environments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering is required. Familiarity with military contracts and compliance standards is a significant plus. Strong project management, strategic vision, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
