What You’ll Do
Lead the transition off a third-party dev shop and take full ownership of the platform.
Architect and build an internal ERP/platform powering logistics, customer acquisition, and operations.
Own and lead the BILT Rewards partnership integration.
Evaluate and resource the website and mobile app (in-house vs. agency).
Lay the foundation for a scalable, internal engineering team.
Ideal Background
10+ years engineering experience; strong platform and systems architecture skills.
Experience building systems from 0→1 in early-stage environments.
Strong API and third-party integration expertise.
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or ERP systems.
Can operate as a hands-on Staff/Principal IC or a highly technical Director/VP able to build small teams.
