The features and data-sets you (and engineering team) ideate and develop will help brands radically improve their product development efficiency Contribute to building a rich company culture, where talented people and teams are stretched to grow professionally and personally Key responsibilities : Building mobile-first, intuitive interfaces that drive strong user engagementFurthering our merchant dashboard, a data synthesis and visualization application providing concrete answers to the most critical brand investment questionsEnhancing our data architecture and APIs, providing scalability as we add new data inputs to strengthen our platform's network effectLeading the recruitment, hiring and management of a best-in-class engineering teamHelping craft our company strategy, ensuring the tech roadmap delivers upon all strategic goalsInterfacing with clients to ensure we deliver a product that drives value and meets their needs Requirements : Motivated by ownership and responsibilityExcited to build an enduring companyPosses great communication skills, keen to work directly with clients and internal cross-teamsHave 6+ years professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years back-endExperienced scoping and building web applications delivering measurable impact to end usersHave experience developing in open-source frameworks; background in MEAN stack a plusUnderstand RESTful web services and API architecture All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
