Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, preferably in a startup environment.Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Ruby on Rails (RoR).Solid understanding of distributed systems and their challenges.Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing engineering teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects of the tech industry, including data privacy and intellectual property rights.Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Interested in hearing more?
