What Youeel You'll Do

• Act as a technical leader within the Engineering organization.
• Identify and advocate for high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Turn ambiguous technical and organizational problems into actionable plans and execute them with the team.
• Drive alignment across requirements involving complex and interdependent systems related to internal development platforms, the underlying infrastructure, and developer tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience delivering impactful products.
• Minimum 6 years of experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, APIs, and familiarity with AWS and cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Ability to lead and execute large and complex technical initiatives.
• Experience turning ideas into impactful products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams.
• Strong product intuition and experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
