Collaborate with Discipline Leads and Project Managers to review and provide feedback on drawings and specifications. Identify and resolve errors or omissions in drawings and specifications, promoting a culture of excellence within the Technical Delivery Team. Driving continuous improvement by gathering input from Discipline Leaders and Project Managers to capture Lessons Learned and develop actionable plans for future projects. Manage workload and productivity by overseeing daily workload prioritization for all projects, planning and managing workloads with Discipline Leads and Project Managers, forecasting resource needs, and facilitating acquisition either temporarily or through recruitment. Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to optimize resource utilization, production quality, and professional development. Monitor weekly labor utilization to maximize productivity and project efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams (Healthcare or Higher Education experience is a plus; additional experience in Life Sciences or Industrial markets is a plus). At least 15 years of experience in design and construction document production (preferably in Healthcare or Higher Education; additional experience in Life Sciences or Industrial markets is a plus). Experience serving as Engineer of Record Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both team members and clients Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (MS in a related field is a plus) Professional Engineer (PE) licensure Application – Interested in hearing more?
