We’re hiring a Director of Emergency Services to lead a high-acuity, high-volume Level I Trauma Center in the heart of Richmond, VA. With 782 beds and an 84-space Emergency Department (including a dedicated 12-bed Pediatric ER), this is a leadership opportunity to be at the forefront of critical care.

What You’ll Oversee:

• 56-bed Emergency Department (84 total care spaces)
• 80,000 visits/year
• Level I Trauma Center with burn designation
• High-volume cardiac, orthopedic, and behavioral health populations
• Team of 130+ FTEs, including 3 Nurse Managers and 6 Clinical Nurse Coordinators
• Reporting directly to the CNO
• 
  

What You Bring:

• RN license (compact or VA)
• BSN required, Master’s preferred (MSN, MBA, MHA, etc.)
• 3+ years of Emergency Services leadership experience
• ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), BLS
•
