We are looking for a dynamic Director of Educator HR to lead a committed team and manage all HR functions for thousands of educators. You will be at the forefront of designing impactful professional development and retention strategies, creating scalable HR infrastructure, addressing complex employee relations issues, and ensuring strict legal compliance with employment laws specific to the education sector. The ideal candidate will be a creative and experienced leader in education, with a robust background in HR, ideally within the educational context. You should possess a deep understanding of employee relations, risk mitigation, and compliance with employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Title IX, and relevant regulations in education. We seek someone with proven expertise in building HR systems from scratch and driving HR digital transformation initiatives. A SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred.
