The Director of Dining Services will be the on-site account lead for outstanding hospitality and operational excellence for a designated corporate client. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with daytime hours. Well rounded food service management skills are required in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful day-to-day foodservice operations of an account
  • Ensure outstanding client and guest satisfaction
  • Manage a team of hourly associates
  • Ensure financial success of the account

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing foodservice operations
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, safety and presentation
  • Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal on various levels to include management, client, customer and associate levels
  • Strong computer skills to include various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet
