Director of Digital Technology & Analytics - 17577 Description The Director of Digital Technology & Analytics (DT&A) is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale application systems, including off-the-shelf and custom solutions. This role will report to the VP, Digital Technology & Analytics, and will partner closely with business leaders to define technology roadmaps aligned to organizational goals. The Director will manage cross-functional teams, oversee vendor relationships, and drive innovation and accountability within the DT&A function. What you will be responsible for: Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of enterprise applications and off-the-shelf software. Provide leadership and vision for the delivery of scalable and sustainable business solutions. Develop and manage budgets that align with strategic priorities and promote long-term excellence. Maintain collaborative partnerships with functional leaders to create and maintain strategic technology roadmaps. Manage software vendors and ensure contract requirements are met to support business needs. Ensure teams are adequately trained and prepared to support Unix, Oracle, and other platform needs. Continuously assess and recommend technological improvements for efficiency and productivity. Qualifications What you will need to be successful in this role: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required. 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise application development and vendor management. Proven experience implementing large-scale systems utilizing a range of database technologies and hardware platforms. Strong operational and financial management experience in a complex, decentralized environment.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $146,000 to $180,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
