Director Of Digital Product And Marketing will spearhead the development and transformation of our customer digital experience ecosystem. This leadership role combines strategic vision with operational excellence to ensure the alignment of digital product and marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic And Operational Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive digital product roadmaps encompassing e commerce, websites, mobile, digital marketing, analytics, and customer tools. Collaborate with business, marketing, and sales leaders to modernize go-to-market channel strategies. Design user-centric features and experiences using personas and journey mapping techniques. Define and track annual KPIs to measure business impact and drive continuous improvement. Oversee quarterly program increment planning, ensuring alignment of product scope with business objectives.
Team And Vendor Management
Lead a cross-functional marketing team, executing strategies such as SEO optimization for demand generation. Manage relationships with software vendors and partners to deliver a seamless digital customer experience. Foster collaboration across software development, program management, and product management teams to ensure timely delivery of roadmap milestones.
Budget And Resource Management
Oversee annual budgeting and capital funding processes. Direct and mentor a team of managers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high team performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of operational management experience in a large global organization.
5+ years of experience driving business transformation projects with capital expenditures exceeding $1M.
5+ years of experience leading complex digital and ecommerce programs with budgets exceeding $5M.
Proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a focus on prioritizing features and technologies that drive business outcomes.
Expertise in customer journey mapping and human-centered design methodologies to enhance customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations.
