Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment by communicating effectively, actively listening, and developing partnerships. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to enhance digital marketing strategies and drive results. Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement and achieves marketing goals. Such content includes websites, eblasts, digital and social media advertising, Google My Business. SEO/SEM: Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic. Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CMO, Management and Sales to ensure digital marketing efforts are driving for results and increasing the bottom line. Brand Management: Understand and follow brand guidelines providing consistency in brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.
