Director of Digital Marketing & Social Media

The FESCO Group is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & Social Media to develop, implement and oversee our long-term digital marketing strategy and short-term advertising initiatives for our new, disruptive, breakthrough product, The Epilaser.

The successful candidate will enhance brand / product awareness, drive traffic to the company's product website, manage social media channels, and generate eCommerce and B2B sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary methods and instruments.
• Create a unique social strategy across all digital platforms to drive engagement, increase brand and product awareness, and generate audience growth.
• Develop, review, analyze and report on all digital marketing metrics and analytics.
• Drive creative strategy and lead the team in developing content that embodies our brand's voice and aesthetic.
• Develop monthly content calendars and propose real-time content based on social media trends.
• Optimize the user experience on the company's websites and assist with landing page creation.
• Research and track consumer purchase behavior.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA in digital marketing, marketing, advertising or related discipline.
• At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, digital content creation and brand marketing within the beauty consumer products industry.
• Experience in brand marketing analytics and web analytic tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to present technical and business information.
