This leadership role will involve shaping the future of our digital commerce initiatives while managing a high-performing team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of digital product managers and department leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and operational excellence. Collaborate across departments—including Technology, UX/UI, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Teams—to implement integrated digital experiences. Manage critical areas of the website and mobile platforms, such as navigation, user registration, internal tools, and product search functionality. Evaluate new tools and industry innovations, incorporating modern technologies to ensure platforms are efficient, responsive, and aligned with evolving customer expectations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) is a strong plus. At least 10 years of leadership experience in digital commerce or related roles, preferably in a B2B or enterprise setting. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and large-scale digital initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms, user-centric design principles, and cross-functional collaboration.
