Director of Dietary Services Location: Fort Bliss, TX area

Pay: $65,000 - $72,000

We are seeking an experienced Director of Dietary Services with an established company. Excellent stability and benefits. Relocation assistance is offered.

What you get to do: Oversee part-time and full-time dietary staff Hiring, training and mentoring of staff Coordinate dietary services and activities Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the department Oversee departmental budget Participate in care plan meetings for residents Inventory management and inspection of food storage rooms, utility closets and kitchen Ensure menus and recipes are maintained and updated Review dietary requirements of each resident to adhere to physician's requirements Assist in the purchase of food service supplies and equipment

What you need to succeed: 5+ years with experience in foodservice in a healthcare setting 2+ years of demonstrated management/leadership skills Prefer a Certified Dietary Manager but will support a candidate for the certification Experience with ServSave training preferred (willing to support providing this for viable candidates)
