Communicating key metrics related to DevSecOps for organizational visibility. Building and managing a top-tier DevOps CI/CD environment while integrating security throughout. Making informed decisions to advance our technology platforms, balancing between innovation and stability. Key Responsibilities Include: Creating a compelling DevSecOps strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Driving innovation through adoption of new tools and practices. Mentoring a high-performing team while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Defining KPIs to measure effectiveness and maturity of our practices. Successfully managing vendor relationships related to cloud services and tools. Ensuring compliance with relevant security policies and industry standards. Leading proactive threat modeling exercises to anticipate security risks. Implementing SRE principles for improved availability and performance of our systems. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in site reliability or technical operations. Strong background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices. Experience with security tooling and compliance standards like HIPAA and FedRAMP. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.
