Why This Role Matters & Why You Should Care (KVC Kentucky)
Join KVC Kentucky and help write the next chapter of our story. As our first Director of Development, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a fundraising program from the ground up — establishing the systems, strategies, and relationships that will sustain and grow our impact for years to come.
You’ll lead the way in developing a strong base of corporate and individual donors, cultivating partnerships across Kentucky, and shaping the vision for what special events and donor engagement can look like in the future. This is a chance to take ownership, innovate, and bring your ideas to life with full leadership support and collaboration from a passionate statewide team.
Most importantly, your work will directly advance KVC Kentucky’s mission — providing critical mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and family preservation services that strengthen families and communities across the commonwealth. Each connection you build and every gift you inspire will help families find hope, stability, and lasting change. (kentucky.kvc.org)
