The Director of Delivery and Product Management will lead and evolve the way work is delivered across our technology and business teams. This role will direct a team of Delivery Managers and Product Managers to drive the execution of our most critical business and technology initiatives. This person will be instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams, delivering scalable solutions, and ensuring that products and programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum value to the business. As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will define and continuously improve the delivery framework across our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), manage interdependencies across initiatives, and ensure visibility into project and product delivery across multiple business units.
What You'll Do
Align product and delivery roadmaps with company growth objectives and strategic priorities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Delivery Managers and Product Managers
Drive execution of key initiatives with a focus on scalability, value delivery, and business impact
Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and optimization
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance and other departments to ensure solutions meet business needs
Standardize delivery practices and scale internal capabilities across teams
Establish and lead a product team responsible for business prioritization and roadmap development aligned with strategic goals
Establish governance processes to manage risk, track progress, and ensure accountability
Identify and implement process improvements using existing team resources
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications :
10+ years of progressive experience in product and delivery management roles, ideally within retail, service, or multi-unit operations
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders
Proven experience in scaling technology and operational processes in a growth environment
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including both product and delivery functions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills
Experience implementing scalable tools and platforms to support multi-location operations is a strong plus
Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment, requiring periods of sitting and the operation of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other office tools . Work hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed .
