Job Overview: The Director of Cybersecurity is essential in safeguarding Panda Restaurant Group's technological assets, which include sensitive information, computer systems, and Point of Sale systems. This leadership role is tasked with formulating strategic visions and policies that align with the organization's security and regulatory standards while effectively integrating with is leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a proactive team that ensures the protection of vital information, systems, and Point of Sale operations to meet security and compliance mandates. Mentor and elevate team performance to align with the company's growth aspirations. Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategies for cybersecurity based on evolving technical, regulatory, and business landscapes. Oversee the creation and enforcement of global security policies and procedures, ensuring collaboration with IS leaders and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold regulatory compliance and system integrity. Guide the implementation and configuration of security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems. Develop governance, risk, and compliance initiatives that effectively address business requirements. Provide strategic risk management advice for technical projects and initiatives. Establish performance metrics to effectively evaluate and manage cybersecurity initiatives and team performance. Minimum of 12 years in IT governance or security roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities. CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification required; ITIL certification preferred. Completion of necessary training upon hiring and periodically thereafter. Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire. Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is between $205,000 - $288,000, subject to various factors including location and experience.
