About the Role
The Customer Service Manager will oversee the EMR Customer Service Department, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Customer Service team.
Monitor and evaluate team performance.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Schedule training for new customers when necessary.
Oversee new customer implementations.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in customer service management and/or EMR.

Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary based on experience. The provided pay range for this position is $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr.
