Job Duties And Responsibilities Directs production of creative assets across all DICK'S campaigns to include TV, OLV, Social, Digital, Radio, and various internal assets.
Owns creative production relationships across a large number of stakeholders including DICK'S Executive Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Planning/Brand/Creative Teams, agency production teams, and production companies.
Directs team of Producers both internal and external.
Manages production budget in partnership with campaign, media, and finance partners.
Actively participates in Creative Leadership Team functions to include town halls, change management programs, teammate development efforts, etc.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Video Production preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered.
7-10 years experience with creative agencies and production of integrated branded content across a variety of media required.
Technical knowledge of broadcast social and digital production process.
Working knowledge of current film editing and design software including but not limited to Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
Ability to navigate and align production and creative through process.
