Our client is a seeking to add a Director/Lead to their Corporate Services/Strategic Operations team. Ideal individual will play a critical role in overseeing the management and implementation of the firms' corporate services, procurement, workplace operations and business strategy.

Team Lead will be tasked with ensuring collaboration and innovation across various operational teams and ensure operational excellence align with business priorities, refine operational effectiveness, and deliver measurable impact and outcomes with regards to operation excellence.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Define a transformative Professional Services Strategy for all US offices
Define, track, and pursue key metrics that reflect business excellence and operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of innovation goals and progress.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation and accountability.
The role entails leading special projects, crafting senior-level presentations, conducting analysis, developing strategic decision-making models and driving change within the business
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track business and corporate objectives
Ensure that the organization stays ahead of technological disruptions and can rapidly adapt to new developments
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology vendors, research institutions, startups, and other valuable external partners
Produce multi-year plans and forecasts; create and analyze business metrics and identify cost savings opportunities; and deliver economic insight into the relationships between costs and revenues to improve the financial success of the business going forward
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred
10+ years of experience in Corporate Services/ Strategic Operations or a related field
Strong and well-developed analytic, problem-solving and quantitative skill, with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated people leadership / management
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the business's growth and profitability objectives
Experience in performing complex problem solving and business trade off decision analysis
Experience of work in a process driven environment
Results-orientation with an ability to take initiative, execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner
