A retail organization is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A . The Director will develop dynamic forecasting models and executive-level financial presentations, collaborate closely with senior leadership and leverage AI and automation to enhance financial insights and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the corporate and lifestyle brand teams.

Create compelling executive presentations and financial storytelling for senior leadership.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business initiatives.

Implement AI and automation tools to optimize FP&A processes.

Support strategic decision-making through scenario planning and financial analysis. Requirements: 7-10+ years FP&A or related experience, preferably retail/consumer products.

Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Familiarity with AI tools, Hyperion Essbase, and SAP a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Compensation: $170,000 - $180,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
