Develop long term strategic plans Mentor and direct team members in sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence Lead a team of high performing analysts Preferred Experience Bachelor's Degree (Required) 7+ years in Investment Banking Relevant Buy & Sell Side M&A experience Experience in the Fintech space
