Director Of Construction

We're hiring a Director of Construction to lead the remodeling division for our client. This senior role requires a proven leader to manage our Project Managers and oversee all projects from start to finish. You'll be the key to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards. We need a proactive, experienced professional with a history of leading successful teams and managing multiple projects. Ideal candidates will be great leaders who can communicate effectively and be proficient with a variety of computer programs used to manage and track programs and expenses.

Your Role:

• Lead & Coach: Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 Project Managers. Drive accountability and professional growth through consistent communication and support.

• Project Leadership: Direct all residential and commercial remodeling projects, ensuring deadlines are met, quality is high, and safety is prioritized.

• Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment collections, negotiate final payments, and resolve client disputes professionally.

• Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication and quick resolution of issues.

Required:

• 10+ years of construction management experience, specifically in residential remodeling.

• Strong experience with housing additions, and all manner of household remodeling/restructuring, local codes, materials, and regulations.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with construction specific software is critical.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• A high degree of accountability and attention to detail.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
