Are you a construction leader with a passion for building high-performance, mission-critical infrastructure? A rapidly growing data center owner-operator is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee the end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the U.S. You’ll manage multiple large-scale builds, lead internal and external teams, and ensure consistent execution across hyperscale and colocation environments.
What You’ll Do: Lead construction from preconstruction through commissioning Manage project budgets, schedules, and delivery teams Drive contractor, consultant, and vendor performance Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, and operations Establish standardized reporting and project controls Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met
What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of construction management experience 3+ years in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure Proven success delivering complex, multi-site projects Strong leadership and vendor management skills Familiar with tools like Procore, MS Project, or Primavera Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
