Responsibilities: •Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and terminations •Allocate resources efficiently, project managers and supers with leadership. •Train and Help team members to improve and grow in their respective positions •Focus on driving company goals and processes set forth by the senior leadership team •Ensure strict adherence to company processes, procedures, and policies by all stakeholders •Oversee and manage a large volume of active new construction projects daily through dashboards. •Analyze weekly project KPIs and adjust strategies as needed. •Ensure punch list completion within the 10-day policy. •Develop strategies to improve multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. •Create long-term strategies for construction operations, focusing on opportunities for innovation and improvement. •Review and manage project budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control. •Hold construction managers, project managers, and on-site teams accountable, promoting a culture of safety and collaboration. •Act as a client contact, addressing concerns and providing project updates. •Set and enforce quality control standards to meet building codes and regulations. •Identify risks and create strategies to minimize their impact on timelines and costs. •Select and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance standards. •Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards. •Implement new technologies and best practices to improve construction process efficiency. •Ensure a smooth handoff to the post-construction department. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. •Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. •Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. •Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices. •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in project management software and tools. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. •Commitment to quality, safety, and ethical standards. •Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
