About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Director for its Construction Tax practice, a vital segment of the largest construction-focused accounting and advisory platform in the country. In this influential leadership position, you will take the initiative to engage with clients proactively, drive the growth of our business practice, and mentor your team in effective business development strategies.
As a key player in our organization, you will work to cultivate new client relationships, enhance services for our existing clientele, and establish yourself as a trusted business partner. This role also entails having direct profit responsibility for the specialty practice, contributing to ongoing planning, marketing, and business development efforts, while ensuring that your team achieves budgeted goals.
We prioritize maintaining quality control standards, nurturing a positive team environment, and fostering a culture centered around exceptional client service and leadership. Applicants for this role should hold a Master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field, as well as a Bachelor's degree. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or a related domain, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
Additionally, you should have an active CPA or equivalent certification, along with the capacity to manage deadlines, juggle multiple assignments, and effectively prioritize tasks. Proficiency in relevant technologies, outstanding communication skills, and a proven record of business integrity, client service, and leadership are essential.
