Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boulder, CO for a Director of Construction and Land Development. The Director will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of all construction and land development projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgeting, cost management, procurement processes, and coordinating with construction and civil engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications Budgeting and Cost Management skills Procurement experience Construction and Civil Engineering knowledge Strong leadership and project management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with affordable housing projects is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
