This role is pivotal in optimizing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Job Description

Lead sourcing strategies for marketing, sales, IT, travel, and professional services. Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and align procurement efforts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels with vendors. Monitor supplier performance and manage escalations or disputes. Oversee travel services and related policies.

Target Experience

Proven experience in indirect sourcing and procurement leadership. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Experience in a regulated industry (pharma/biotech preferred).
