About the Role
Our client is a venture-backed mid-stage healthcare startup looking to revolutionize cardiac care with their cutting-edge wearable ECG technology. We need an agile, hands-on communications leader who can rapidly build our brand presence and directly contribute to achieving our revenue goals by March. What You'll Do
Build and Execute Fast:
Create high-quality content and assets (website updates, product packaging, sales collateral, digital campaigns) with a builder's mindset. You'll be hands-on producing materials and driving execution. Engage in the Field:
Work closely with our sales team and cardiologist customers to gather feedback and refine messaging. You'll actively collaborate with customers and field teams to understand real needs. Drive Pipeline Growth:
Analyze our current sales funnel and develop targeted campaigns that accelerate conversions, especially with independent cardiology practices. Launch Strategic Outreach:
Establish a recurring cardiologist newsletter program and build our LinkedIn presence with consistent, engaging healthcare content. Unify Our Brand:
Ensure all customer-facing materials reflect a cohesive, compelling brand story. What We're Looking For
Experience:
5-10 years in B2B healthcare brand, communications, and/or marketing, preferably in health tech or medical devices, with proven startup experience. Track Record:
You've delivered sales-enabling materials under tight deadlines, driven measurable social media engagement, and run campaigns that directly supported revenue goals. Technical Skills:
Proficient in digital communications, LinkedIn, and content creation tools (Canva, HubSpot, WIX). Basic graphic design capabilities are a plus. The Right Mindset:
